The retreat includes a 30 mins poolside yoga session to gently awaken the body, a 30 mins deeply immersive sound bath to calm the mind, afterwards enjoy with 3 hours of access to the hotel spa to fully unwind.

After the session, participants enjoy exclusive access to the hotel spa, allowing you to fully integrate and extend the relaxation.
